Highly recommended professional service. Pawel did an excellent job of preparing our ceilings and walls, plastering and sorting out a multitude of issues with the previous condition of our walls. The paint job was done to a very high finish - we were extremely pleased with his work. Pawel renovated our old and out-dated ensuite bathroom to an exceptionally high standard. Everything from the floors and walls to the pipework was completely overhauled. He advised on and installed all the surfaces, tiles and appliances with a great attention to detail. We could not be more pleased with the final result! Pawel is very knowledgable, and was always happy to advise on a number of issues around our house. He is reliable, communicates well and was transparent with everything he did every step of the way. Pawel was courteous and very thorough in completing this job and even provided us we pictures showing the gutting before and after! We were really pleased at the leaks had finally been fixed. It was such good job we asked Pawel to insulate and board our lofts. Again, Pawel did an excellent, professional job.

After completing a significant amount of work on our house and dealing with a range of companies, Pawel and Meadow Property Services were by far the best people to have worked on our house.
Pawel completely refurbished our bathroom from scratch, all new plumbing, electrics, lighting, tiles, flooring, units, fittings, and plastering; and installing a new window. He did a wonderful job.
He also installed our entire kitchen into a new room. Installing all of the units, electrics, plumbing, surfaces, appliances, tiles, and lighting; as well as removing and blocking in a window, and knocking down an internal wall.
He worked around other suppliers, he proactively problem solved any issues that came up, and always made great suggestions on minor details we hadn’t considered. He also did some great bespoke work on some specific aspects we requested and took on other minor jobs that came up during the time he was working with us.
At no point was any silly question or request we made an inconvenience. The finish of his work is to a very high standard and he clearly takes a massive pride in the quality of his work. He always left the work areas and the rest of our house tidy, and he was always friendly and a pleasure to work with.
If we could do it again we’d have approached Pawel to do even more of the work in our house. We can’t recommend Meadow Property Services highly enough.

Pawel fitted a bamboo floor in our dining room and hallway. The job was more complicated than he expected it to be because we live in an old house and the floor wasn’t flat and none of the walls are straight but Pawel took all of it in his stride and did a fantastic job. Although it wasn't strippable wallpaper, Pawel did an excellent job removing it (including the backing paper), cleaning the wall and painting it a day after. He was very professional, reliable, tidy and punctual and we are very happy with the final result.
